Some of our listing clients have offered a bonus to the selling agent. In case you are a GIL agent this bonus will often equalize or even exceed the difference of your commission share to the higher commission charged by GIL agencies. If you are an agent from non-GIL agency it is a nice extra for you! (Most of our listings have commissions of 5% (+IVA) for houses and 7% (+IVA) for lots. A few properties are listed for less – please ask for individual information.)

In general we are working well with most agencies Lakeside or from Guadalajara, including agencies of Grupo Inmobiliario de Lago (GIL). In case a broker of an agency will not allow you to sell one of our listings but you still want to serve your client and sell our listing I will treat you, the agent like an agency and give you the full share I would give to the selling agency!
Normally we accept out of agency sales contracts. We don't accept the recognition of GIL as Arbitration authority. Please take that paragraph out when you present an offer on a GIL contract!
