In the Lake Chapala region the normal commission for a house is 5% (+ I.V.A.), for a lot / land it is 7% (+ I.V.A.). In Michoacán the commission varies between 4% and 8% (+ I.V.A.). (For high priced properties or listing of multiple properties the commission can be lowered.) Please contact your local All-in-1 office for an evaluation of your property and a quote for the commission.
